The proposed project would consist of development of a 4-story, 98-room hotel on three currently undeveloped parcels totaling 3.70-acres. The proposed hotel would be approximately 50,800 square feet, with the first floor comprising approximately 13,000 square feet. The proposed hotel would be approximately 40 feet in height. The proposed project would front onto San Pablo Dam Road with the main parking area in the front and a secondary parking area in the rear of the site. A total of 114 parking spaces would be provided. The project site would be fully landscaped in accordance with City standards.
